1. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT GATEWAY SAFETY
We prioritize the security of your financial data. All transactions are processed via secure, globally recognized International Payment Gateways. We do not directly store, process, or have access to your full credit card details, CVV codes, or banking passwords. Our payment partners employ industry-standard encryption and are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
By completing a payment through our gateway, you explicitly acknowledge that we do NOT provide refunds. All services are digital and consulting-based, meaning the intellectual effort and time cannot be returned. All sales are final.
3. PURPOSE OF PAYMENT & NO GUARANTEES
Payments are collected exclusively for: Resume Preparation, LinkedIn Optimization, Career Consulting, Interview Preparation, and Recruitment Support.
Payment does NOT guarantee: Employment, Job Placement, Interview Selection, Work Permit Approval, Visa Approval, or specific Salary Outcomes. Employers independently evaluate candidates.
4. CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL FEES
Depending on your location and the international payment gateway used, your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion rates or international transaction fees. Expe Global Talent is not responsible for these external banking fees.
5. ANTI-FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Our payment gateways use advanced machine learning algorithms to detect and block fraudulent transactions. If a user maliciously initiates a chargeback dispute after receiving our services, we will submit all service delivery evidence to the payment gateway and the user's bank. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our services.
