1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
We do NOT provide refunds. All sales are final.
Because our services involve digital delivery, immediate allocation of expert consulting time, and customized profile generation, we enforce a strict No-Refund Policy. Once a payment is processed through our international payment gateways, the transaction is considered complete, and the funds are non-refundable.
2. ADVANCE PAYMENTS & RETAINERS
To initiate our consulting, recruitment support, or document preparation services, an Advance Payment or partial retainer is strictly required before our team begins any work. This upfront payment secures our experts' time and resources. Once paid, this advance payment is entirely non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the full service.
3. NATURE OF DIGITAL & CONSULTING SERVICES
Our core offerings are intellectual and time-based services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Resume Writing & Professional CV Preparation
- LinkedIn Profile Creation & Optimization
- Career Consultation & Job Search Strategy
- Mock Interviews & Interview Preparation
- Recruitment Consulting & Candidate Screening
Because the intellectual property, time, and digital assets associated with these services cannot be "returned," we cannot issue refunds once work has commenced.
4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
The only rare exceptions where a refund may be considered (at our sole discretion) include:
- Duplicate Transactions: If our international payment gateway accidentally charges your card twice for the exact same transaction.
- System Errors: If a technical error causes a significant overcharge.
5. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By completing a purchase, you agree to our No-Refund Policy. Attempting to force a refund via a bank chargeback or payment gateway dispute after receiving consulting services is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to vigorously dispute fraudulent chargebacks using our service logs and communication records, and we may terminate your account immediately.
6. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel a service before any consulting work, documentation, or onboarding has begun, you must contact us immediately. However, approval of any partial or full refund for a cancellation remains entirely at the discretion of Expe Global Talent.
