2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our website or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
3. SERVICE NATURE & NO EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE
Our services are strictly professional consulting and technology development services. We do NOT guarantee:
- Specific business outcomes or financial ROI
- Market success of developed applications
- Zero-downtime outside of explicit SLA agreements
- Specific third-party platform approvals or integrations without adequate documentation
All technology adoption decisions remain solely at the discretion of the client.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to:
- Provide highly accurate, truthful information
- Submit genuine, verifiable documents
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Comply with all applicable local and international laws
Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity will result in immediate service termination without any refund.
5. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS & PROCESSING
To provide services globally, we partner with industry-leading International Payment Gateways.
- Advance Payment: All service fees must be paid in full in advance before any tech consulting or development work commences.
- Currency & Conversion: Payments may be subject to currency conversion rates and international transaction fees applied by your bank or our payment gateway. These fees are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant international payment processors. We do not store or process your sensitive financial data on our servers.
6. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate commencement of digital services and the allocation of consulting resources upon payment, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. By initiating a payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this strict No-Refund Policy.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS
We actively monitor all transactions for fraud. Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback through your bank or payment provider will result in immediate suspension of services and may be reported to international credit bureaus and law enforcement agencies.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, graphics, branding, documents, and materials belong to Expe Global Talent or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Expe Global Talent shall not be liable for: Project delays caused by third-party vendors, third-party API deprecations, loss of business revenue, or loss of data resulting from the client's failure to maintain provided systems.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, irrespective of the user's international location.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
